(More customer reviews)You could be forgiven thinking the "Shred Pro" is strictly a typical metal pedal, but this is one of the nicest, sweetest sounding overdrive/distortion units I have heard, great for playing 70's & 80's rock, with lots of gain & a seperate boost switch to bring up the volume when it's time to solo. Besides the usual level knobs, it has a 3-mode switch for a)bright, b)dark/mid-scooped, and c) mid-enhanced tone(great for harmonics! -my favourite.) Sounds great played through a Fender Hot Rod Deluxe tube amp for more Marshall-esque tones. I highly recommend it, good build quality, made in Brazil, the sound beats many other fuzzy/buzzy unfocussed sounding drives currently on the market.
