(More customer reviews)This is a very handsome ukulele, the spalted mango is excellent.The albone inlay is awesome! But, for the price it was just ok. The tuners were not aligned perfectly, the top two are very crooked, there is glue all over the nut and it was not centered correcly. I just expected a little more quality in a ukuele in this price range. I will upgrade the tuners, upgrade to a better quality nut and bridge, then I will be alot happier with this. Also there is no strap button. I would highly recomend this instrument to anyone. It is beautiful, sounds great and plays great. Maybe you won't have the same problems. I really hope this review was helpful to you!!!!

LightWave Saber Bass VL 4-String Fretted, Transparent Red Review

(More customer reviews)When I first learned of lightwave, I was very intrigued by the technology behind their optical pickup system. I finally ordered a VL-4, and my impressions are as follows:
* The bass arrived set up perfectly, with low action. It was plug and play right out of the box.
* The fit and finish is superb. A nice flame top with transparent red paint, and a matching headstock. The bass is very light in weight, right at 7lbs.
* The bass sounds great, with an amazing amount of tonal options. The location and arrangement of the knobs are intuitive, and the bass functions perfectly. The bass plays like a dream and there are no dead spots whatsoever on the neck.
* I had a minor issue with the bass, and Lightwave customer service was superb. Their response time was very fast, and they resolved the problem quickly.

Blueridge BR-60CE Contemporary Dreadnaught Cutaway Guitar with Fishman Classic 4T Pickup and Santos Rosewood Back & Sides. Review

(More customer reviews)Received on third business day after ordering. Just out of the box the glossy Rosewood back and sides are very very impressive. It is light weight and very easy to hold and play. NO additional set-up required as far as I'am conserned. It has a loud crisp base and balanced treble sound. The bone nut and saddle give it a great sound. Action is low and easy to play. It sounds just as good through my acoustic amp. The 14:1 tuning keys hold the strings in tune and it is easy to treek the note when tuning. Would definately recommend you check this guitar out, as you may like it as well or better than guitars costing two or there times as much.

Washburn Taurus Series T14FLB Electric Bass Review

(More customer reviews)I bought this bass just to have a fretless to mess around with and it has worked out great. I read the other review that says the fret markers are in the wrong place? This has NOT been my experience with this bass, the intonation is fine and I have had zero problems in that regard. Good thing about washburns is the parts are easily replacable in case you'd ever want to upgrade something, not that it needs it.

Epiphone Worn '66 Wilshire Electric Guitar Worn Cherry Review

-For under 400 bucks this guitar sounds absolutely amazing.
-What really won me over with this guitar is the the mini-humbucker pick ups.
I've never encountered anything like it before, they give off incredibly warm clean tones
as well sweet distortion when played heavy. This is a major advantage for those with versatile tastes in music.
-If Fender and Gibson mated and had a baby this is what you would get.
The body is really slim and light weight. The guitar feels almost like a slender fender strat,
but plays with that power and boldness you only find in a Gibson.
CONS:
-The strings that came with the guitar however are total crap.
I removed them instantly and put on Gibson Humbucker strings.
With new strings it sounds a thousand times better.
-However one thing I am not used to is that the guitar is extremely slim and super light,
depending on what you are used to playing this could be an advantage. For me personally
I was playing a Gibson Les Paul Custom for years before, it was really thick and heavy.
So I am going through an adjustment period getting used to the feel of this body style.
-Really for the money and the value there is little room to complain.
OVERALL:
-This is an outstanding guitar and really easy to play.
Really smooth and just feels like butter in your hands.
If you want a sweet versatile guitar for under 400 bucks it doesn't get any better than this.
