(More customer reviews)It seems as though everyone wants a Billy-Bo....likely because it originally was made for Bo Diddley who gave an original to Billy Gibbons of ZZ geti-up....A typical Gretsch, it plays well, stays in tune and has a robust, hearty tone. Made in Japan! MSRP is reported to be in the 3,800 range which is custom, domestic pricing and discounted down to $2,695....Problem is, it stays in perpetual backorder...I love this guitar and recommend it for pros who want to improve their sound....It dresses well even if you do not have a long beard. If you can get one,. try it first then buy...comes with a hardshell case which is beer can proof for those gigs in saloons which have no chicken wire protection! ...wish it came in other colors...
