(More customer reviews)I recently bought a new Cordoba Solista CE CD/IN with HumiCase. I love the guitar. However, I have had serious problems with the company accepting their own warranty.
Nothing is wrong with the guitar (and, frankly, I've never in my life returned anything on warranty), but I'm getting a runaround about the warranty card. It's supposed to come with a 3 year limited warranty or a lifetime limited warranty if you buy with the HumiCase. I can't get them to give me either. This is my second Cordoba guitar (and I was looking at getting the La Playa model as well), but, if I have this much trouble getting them to accept the warranty card, I can't imagine what I'd go through if I actually had to use the warranty.
Needless to say, I'm very disappointed. This guitar retails at $2,200. You'd think they'd treat their customers better. This episode has seriously soured me on this company. My next guitar is a Martin.
