(More customer reviews)Almost everything OK with this item, except the preamp comes out of it damaged. Wonder if there's any QC made before sending such items to consumers.. anyway just my bad luck i guess. Too cumbersome to send back & to pay more for shipping to & back anyway (for such a bulky & heavy item).
