(More customer reviews)If you are a professional musician it may not be your favorite. I'm not a professional. Danelectro has a unique sound. It is not like any other guitar I have ever played. I have several much more expensive guitars, and this one rocks, very cool. I don't want to put down any other brands. The neck makes it easy to play. It has fantastic action. It is fun to play. The controls are simple. I think it sounds best with the dual pick-up setting. It sounds a bit 1950's, not thick. If you want want blues or rhythm this is a good choice. It doesn't come with a case, so you will spend another $50+ on a case.
