(More customer reviews)I originally viewed this guitar as a risky purchase. I had never played a Dean guitar before. However, I decided that the price was right and it appeared to have good reviews elsewhere. Thus, I anxiously awaited its arrival. So what's good about it? Well, I nearly exclusively played electric guitars and find that the Dean has a nice low action. The fretboard has a good width. The frets are a medium height. The tuners work very well. The electronics seem to be exceptional. Unplugged it sounds beautiful. It looks beautiful - the finish is flawless. Anyway, what's not good about it... well, if you really strum hard, I do mean really quite hard, there's a bit of a buzz on the d string. I believe this will be correctable... however, I'm not sure that it's worth the trouble since it's really a rare occurrence.
