(More customer reviews)I was familiar with this case as I have had other SKB products. Altho it looks flimsy, it's not - it's solid. It has movable inserts that allow you to fit whatever keyboard you need to fit (within case dimensions). The inserts hold my keyboard (KORG TR88) very well. The locks are easy to use and hopefully they will last. The case is lightweight and easy to store.
If I had to redesign anything, it would be to add a second handle on the top (the handle is an actual part of the case so no worry about a plastic or leather one breaking off) and maybe a little bigger set of wheels. I use a separate case for cords, pedals, power supply, ect. so that's not a problem for me but I could see where the addition of an inner compartment for those things might be a help, but there is room for putting these things in the case as it sits. I currently play with 2 separate groups, so this case is going to see some action.
The only reason I give it 4 stars and not 5 would be due to the things I mentioned above about redesigning some things. Unless you enjoy hauling actual road cases around (I gave that stuff up some years ago !!!) this case would work just fine.
