(More customer reviews)To get a fuller and more professional review of this Bass head on over to You Tube and see and hear the very Knowledgeable Ed Freidland talk about it. From a very personal point of view I find these basses very well put together, using high quality materials and to a very high standard of finish, but the most out standing thing I have found is the range of sound you can dial out of these Basses, they are quite unlike anything I've played before, with all the dails set flat the only way I can describe the sound produced is something between a bell and a piano, the sound produced from the optical pick ups is so very clear and clean. Another point to be made is that the sustain produced lasts so long you had better have good technique in muting the strings at the correct time, as if you don't you can still hear a string sounding long after you last struck it and can sound chimey if that's a word. Overall if you are ready for a little more than a thud from your Bass give some consideration to one of these, love mine.
