(More customer reviews)I highly recommend this guitar for anyone above a beginner. finger tapping is easy because it picks up sound so well. And the more you play this guitar, the grains in the wood start to open up and give you a better sound. if you are looking for a down side, i cant give you one. It gives a superb electric sound as well. I've recorded with it on Garageband and i can't tell any difference in sound from some thousand dollar guitars i've played. Highly recommended.

(More customer reviews)Before I purchased this instrument, I read a lot of reviews. Some good, some not so good. Biggest complaint was that the instrument was not assembled well and had lose parts when it arrived. Some other complaints was about the action. Blues requires heavier strings, higher action, and wider frets. This instrument is a SUPER GREAT Blues, Jazz, & Country guitar for the money!
My instrument arrived in great condition, no lose parts (been playing on it for a month now and nothing lose!) It sounds great (I play Blues) and looks terrific.
Unless you want to spend 2 or 3 thousand bucks for a good Blues, Jazz, or Country guitar, you can not go wrong with this fine $500 instrument. Epiphone Limited Edition Riviera Custom P93 Electric Guitar, Wine Red

Luna Fauna Butterfly Acoustic/Electric Guitar Review

(More customer reviews)I have short fingers and was thrilled to learn that guitars are being made to fit a woman's hands. To my disappointment, the Fauna Butterfly's frets were 1/16th of an inch shorter than the Alvarez Acoustic guitar that I own which isn't going to make reaching those frets any easier. The neck was just as wide as my Alvarez. In comparison, the Daisy Rock electric that I own has frets a quarter inch shorter than a standard guitar; the neck on the Daisy Rock is more narrow than the Luna. Outside of that, the action was set very nicely; all of the fret markers were perfect (no buzzing). The maple top gives a "brighter" sound than a spruce top, but not as big of a sound as the body is a bit smaller than my standard size acoustic. It plays very well and the electric pickup is nice to have and includes a tuner as well which is a sweet feature. The inlay work is beautiful as is the finish which makes it difficult for me to decide if I'm going to keep this guitar that isn't going to be any easier for me to play. Decisions, decision.!

Ramirez 125 Anos Classical Guitar, CD/IN Review

(More customer reviews)This guitar is a limited edition produced by the Jose Ramirez workshop in Madrid, Spain. It is a light guitar made only of solid Ceder and Indian Rosewood. The action was perfect right out of the humicase. The guitar case is awesome. The decorations on the guitar are beautiful and the finish is flawless. The silver-plated frets are well placed and trimmed. The scent of the Ceder top is nice too. The sound is high-end, with no buzzing at all. The high notes are clear and full. The sustain is long and dolce(sweet). This is the best student guitar I've yet to come across. I've had the opportunity to play and inspect a few of these and they are all very consistent in quality and sound. I prefer this guitar over the Rodriguez FC and the Yari CY128CE. I researched this guitar extensively searching for the last student guitar I'll need and this is definitely it. They're making this model until December of this year and they go pretty quick. I highly recommend this guitar for the classical player looking for the most quality at the best price. It's a bit more than the other models in its class, but well worth the extra cash.

(More customer reviews)When I first picked up a Danelectro guitar I was on a guitar limbo. I had stop practicing for years, doesnt even had a guitar anymore, so in a trip to miami I went to guitar center just to check on guitars Not to buy any. When I saw this brand I remembered the old jimmy page's Danelectro so I tried trough a cheap fender amp in clean. The tone was great! super bluesy, jazzy, funk.. you could even get a great rock n roll tone when adding overdrive. The price was a kudos as well so I bought it and I was the new beginning for me. This guitars are amazing just like the old ones. Smooth neck, great look etc. Not for Metal of course.

Luna Trinity 12-String Acoustic/Electric Guitar Cutaway - Natural Review

(More customer reviews)I recently purchased the Luna Trinity 12 String. This guitar is, for the price, amazing. I have read reviews that say this guitar is easy to play, stays in tune, and the electronics are good. These are all true. I have also read reviews that say the tone is very thin. I disagree with this to some extent. Is the tone thinner than a jumbo body style? Yes. Does it sound like a cigar box with strings? No. The tone is perfectly fine for what I am using it for. Besides, if you are buying an acoustic/electric guitar you are usually buying it because of the ability to plug it in. In that case, you can eq this guitar to sound any way you like. Another review I read stated that it was a quiet guitar. I have not had any issues with the volume being quiet. Everyone plays differently, so if you are a light picker you probably have this issue with other guitars as well. I have not had the guitar for very long, but at this point I am very pleased with the quality, look, sound and playability of this guitar. I would recommend it to anyone interested in a 12 string. Side notes - This is my 2nd 12 string (my first being a Yamaha). I've also been playing for about 25 years.

ESP LTD Alexi 200 Alexi Laiho Electric Guitar (Black) Review

(More customer reviews)This guitar is decent if you are getting it for a starter/beginner... experienced players should avoid this guitar. I've had the more expensive version and got this one afterwards, and there is a dramatic difference in quality/playability. The tone, feel, and quality are just not worth it if you can save a few more hundred dollars for the LTD or Edwards version. Aside from the quality of materials used to make this guitar... the tone is nothing special especially if you have been playing for a bit! Save your cash if you are an experienced player... newbies, HAVE AT IT!
