(More customer reviews)The GS Mini is a terrific little instrument. Because of the Grand Auditorium shape, it doesn't look like a toy (e.g.,the Baby Taylor). The intonation is spot-on and with the short scale, it feels much "faster" than a full-sized guitar.
The sound is not as full or rich as a regular-sized Taylor, but what it lacks in subtlety, it makes up in volume...it's amazingly loud for a miniature guitar.
The gig bag is well made and has backpack straps, so there's no reason to leave it behind when you travel. I've had mine for about 3 weeks, and I haven't touched either of my full-sized guitars since I got it. It's really fun to play.
My only reservation would be to guitarists with exceptionally large hands or fingers. The fingerboard can get a little crowded.
Highly recommended and a great value.
