(More customer reviews)This is my second Traveler Guitar, my first was an MK-II Steel. While I have enjoyed the MK-II w/ piezo pickups, I was desperate for the same guitar with a humbucker and the EG-1 is it. The Traveler EG-1 Mahogany Satin Red is lighter in weight than the MK-II, but with a humbucker it handles a heavier sound. Now I have options when I travel - the acoustic electric MK-II or a pure electric EG-1. The travel cases are awesome!
The EG-1 has great pickups, great action and with a Line 6 Pocket Pod for on the go, I have everything I need!
Minor issue: 1. A heavier duty 3-position switch - it is a little on the small side and I fear if anything might "give" during travel it will be the switch.
