(More customer reviews)I am pretty impressed with this guitar, it sounds kind of muffled when you play it with a pick, compared to other non electric, non cutaway guitars, there is no denying that. BUT I actually love playing it and especially finger picking sounds so good and when plugged in, it sounds fantastic.

(More customer reviews)I received my Dean Lefty in a paper thin box with no padding or foam at all!
thrown on my front porch. There were dents and cracks all over it. To make matters worse the box has enough shipping labels on it to make 2 round trips across the country. I think it was returned at least 3 other times. I will never buy anything fragile from Amazon again. How could anyone in their right mind ship a fragile instrument like that. I am highly irritated. Buy the way today's date is 11/24/09. There was one left after I purchased so in a few days there will be one more.

Update, as of 12/3/09 I have not received my refund and they have increased the cost of the guitar from $306 to $399 WOW!!!
