(More customer reviews)Great LP style guitar with several extras and a superb neck. Fit and finish are great too. Pickups sound true to the 58's and mine came with a perfect set-up. I have owned many, many guitars over the years and have 20 or so now. This is a keeper. Beautiful gold finish and the necks on these Hags are just superb. I've also owned an Ultra Swede that was great in its own right... a friend begged me to let her buy it or it would still be with me. Good sustain and mine weighed in at just under 9 pounds, which is a solid but not too heavy range - perfect in my opinion.
Holds tune well, - its just a fine instrument. Well worth the money and Amazon shipped to me quickly and safely.

(More customer reviews)This guitar is like having a Les Paul and a Fender Strat or Tele all in one. It has two humbuckers that can be coil split and the usual pickup switch. The tones are quite versatile and can accomodate almost any style. The neck is incredibly fast. The bindings, inlays and the carved top is beautiful. I have several Les Pauls and Strats and Telecasters. For the price and wormanship, this guitar can't be beat.

(More customer reviews)This guitar looks amazing, quite amazing actually, the features sounded amazing also when I read them, BUT when I got the guitar I was horrified at the quality of this guitar. I normally and usually play american fender strats, gibsons, etc. Attended Berklee College of Music for a master in guitar so i've played MANY guitars and I must say i've felt squier's better constructed than this guitar. As soon as I received the guitar I took it to a professional repair shop and was told to return the guitar because i'd put more money into fixing it than the guitar is worth. The tremolo bar was horribly attached to the body, the tuners on the thing felt cheap, one of the tone knobs didn't work, a toggle switch didn't work, the other toggle switch made horrible noises when switching humbuckers, the frets were sticking out too far on the neck causing me to cut my fingers when trying to slide. I returned it immediately and had to eat the shipping costs. I wouldn't recommend this guitar if it was two dollars and same quality, it's not worth the money, for the price go buy a guitar worth value.

Hagstrom Deluxe-F Electric Guitar (Blue Sparkle Top) Review

(More customer reviews)I fell in love with one of these at a used guitar shop. I heard the Hagstrom name so I took it down and played it. A week later came back and played it again for an hour. Being an owner of a 1995 Les Paul Studio, and Kramer DMZ 3000 and who has played countless Fenders and PRS guitars, this is one of the best feeling and sounding guitars I have ever come across. Nice and solid but not too heavy and loud even w/o amplification which is important to the overall sound of any electric guitar. Highly recommended.
