(More customer reviews)12 String Guitar came and was unplayable. Strings 1/2 buzzed on all frets. Called Amazon immediately, they were prompt in getting the the return lable to me. Said a new one would be shipped out immediately. Arrival date came and went. Amazon said they were out of the guitar although website showed they had three avaialbe. No response from customer service on the matter. Claimed a 10 day wait for refund, recieved refund in 3 days.

(More customer reviews)this Huge disapointment is great to look at, but neck so bowed that the strings are flatt against the neck, truss rod already was messed with, this it was already returned by someone else. It looks are great. couldnt be saved! had to return it!
i wish they had on to trade, it was the last one
